SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Timeframe
Domestic shipping Times:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped
International shipping Times:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary due to economical issues.
*For orders with items marked with "Delayed in Production" in the product page, These items WILL ship as we get them in, Your full order will be shipped all together once we get the delayed item from production. Sorry for the delay on these orders, Seasonal production times have pushed our products back, we hope you understand.
If you need a item that is NOT marked "Delayed in Production" then please order it separately or get in contact with Rhys fricker
Selected shipping times are based on AFTER we process your order here at the shop not when you complete your purchase.

Giveaway shipping Times:
Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We have a lot of orders coming in for these so please bare with us, we're just a small shop of car guys working as hard as we can.
Please give us time to fulfill your order. If it has been longer than the expected processing times, or if you have a technical issue please email with your order number and a short description of what's going on.

Order Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below for the terms and conditions applicable to your request.
2. Cancellation Period
You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may need to follow our return policy to return the item.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by emailing Rhys at rhysfricker@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and inform you whether the cancellation has been processed or if the order has already been shipped.
4. Refunds

Before Shipment: If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund according to our return policy terms.
5. Non-Cancelable Orders
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including but not limited to:

Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Digital Goods or Services: Orders for digital goods or services are generally non-cancelable once delivered.
6. Order Changes
If you need to modify an order, such as changing the shipping address or product details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must have arrived damaged or faulty with photo proof. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rhysfricker@gmail.com and send your item to: 8 grove street west, little grove, Western Australia 6330
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
