Terms and Conditions – Haltech Bundle  $1000AUD Giveaway

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

• The promotion commences on 19th of July 2025 and ends when number of entries reaches 20

• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted ​

4. How to Enter

• To enter, customers must purchase one (1) of the selected Haltech Bundles from Fricker Dyno Tuning (Also known as Grease garage )           during the promotional period.

• Each eligible bundle purchase grants the purchaser one (1) entry into the giveaway.

• Limit of one entry per bundle purchased. Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.

5. Prize

• There is one (1) prize of AUD $1,000 to be won.

• A maximum of twenty (20) valid entries will be accepted into this promotion.

• Odds of winning are 1 in 20, subject to all 20 entries being received. 

• The prize will be paid via bank transfer or another method agreed with the winner.

6. Draw Details

• The winner will be drawn at random LIVE on Youtube and facebook 10days after the last entry, links to Draw will be posted on our Website and social media accounts

• The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.

• The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.

• The winner’s name (first name and initial of surname) will be published on our website and/or social media pages within five (5) business days of the draw.

7. Unclaimed Prize

• If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days from the draw, a redraw will occur on using the same process as above.

8. General Conditions

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (except where stated).

• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.

• By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Fricker dyno tuning. Entrants can opt out at any time.

9. Privacy

• The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including service providers.

10. Permit

• As this promotion has fewer than 100 entrants and the prize is based on random chance, no trade promotion permit is required in Western Australia
